The Course Web, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates TheCourseWeb.com as a global Learning Management System (LMS). This policy governs the purchase of courses, refunds, and chargebacks.

1. Sales & Payment

All students must pay in full before a course begins.
Platform fees are deducted before releasing instructor payments.
Instructors are paid only after successful course completion.
Course prices are set by instructors but require approval by The Course Web, LLC.
* All payments for courses on TheCourseWeb.com are securely processed through our trusted partner NRIDesiCharms.com.

You may see NRIDesiCharms.com listed on your billing statement or during checkout. This is normal and reflects our authorized payment processor. Rest assured, your purchase and access are always managed by The Course Web, LLC.

2. Lifetime Access

Students generally receive lifetime access to purchased courses if course recordings are available.
If recordings are unavailable due to technical issues:
- Students may request another live session, or
- Ask the instructor to provide a replacement recording.
The Course Web team may intervene to help resolve issues, but all rights and final decisions remain with The Course Web, LLC.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be granted at The Course Web, LLC’s discretion under these conditions:

A course is canceled by the platform or instructor.
Technical issues prevent a student from accessing the course.
The platform determines the course did not meet promised standards.

Refund limitations:

Refunds are not guaranteed.
Courses that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed may not be eligible.
Any refund requests must be submitted via TheCourseWebLMS@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

4. Chargebacks / Credit Card Disputes

Students should contact The Course Web team before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Legal action to recover fees
The Course Web, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to users who misuse payment disputes.

5. Minors & Access

The platform is designed for users aged 18 and above.
Minors under 18 may access courses only with parental or guardian consent and only for relevant educational content.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for payment, account activity, and course participation by minors.

6. Platform Rights & Discretion

The Course Web, LLC reserves the right to:
- Cancel courses, suspend access, or remove content as needed
- Decide on refunds, alternative sessions, or instructor replacements
- Resolve disputes between users at its discretion
